The Challenge
ADA wanted to assess whether a national live event for its members was viable. With no existing model, they needed a ground-up feasibility study, industry engagement, and a plan to take the concept through to full delivery.
Our Approach
Designed and distributed a quantitative survey in partnership with Zing Insights, targeting ADA’s full membership database.
Conducted in-depth qualitative interviews with key stakeholders and industry decision-makers.
Analysed all findings and delivered a full business case with strategic recommendations for launching the event.
Planned and executed site inspections, developed event operations and marketing plans, and supported delivery in collaboration with Bright Events.
The Results
Strong member appetite confirmed through survey and interviews.
Business case approved and green-lit for live delivery
