Case Study – Warwickshire College Group

Like many academic venues, Warwickshire College Group has a wide range of indoor and outdoor facilities to support the educational needs of the students across their Warwickshire and Worcestershire campuses. Hartley Consulting and Events was retained to help maximise rental revenue through meetings, conferences, and events.
Firstly, working closely with the WCG team we created packages and a best practice guide to make the sales and booking process smoother and more efficient. This was followed by a practical sales, marketing, and business development plan to ensure WCG was getting its message in front of the right audience with the right messages. In addition, HC&E introduced the College to several specialist organisations that are adding value to the event offering, from teambuilding to Asian Weddings to specialist event caterers.
